And Feeling Grateful
Sitting here thinking about everything - my family, friends, kids I mentor, new art I’m working on, the hope I have for this new year, and gratitude for so many things in spite of last year. Our good health for one. So lucky to be an artist living in Monterey. I truly love this community. I mean even this outhouse has a spectacular view. Hello 2021.
For the past two decades the motto from our youth arts nonprofit, and for us personally, has been “Do art. Be kind.”…. and with this year’s addition…. “Spread hope.” It’s still a keeper.
